Any other busy mamas out there searching for a quick and easy (and affordable!) option for your Thanksgiving table decor that makes you look super chic and like you totally have it all together? I got ya covered!
We’re hosting Thanksgiving at our house this year with my husband’s best friend and his family, so of course I want to have a fabulous looking table, but I didn’t have a ton of time to put into it (hello – working mama!) and didn’t want to break the bank right before I start snatching up everything in sight for Christmas.
I love the farmhouse chic look of this centerpiece, but most of all I love how easy and affordable it was. It only took a few minutes to throw together and was under $20 total (and that’s if you don’t already have white candles to use)!
Only 3 supplies used:
- Eucalyptus sprigs – Trader Joe’s carries these (if they don’t have them in store, ask and they can order for you – ours sells out often) and they are one of my go-to’s for decorating for all seasons/occasions. They look fresh and polished and are only $3 per bunch (2 bunches used here). Bonus – they smell great!
- Apples – I also got a bag of these from Trader Joe’s.
- White candles – I like to keep white candles in a few sizes around the house for various decorating needs, but I was actually needing replacements so I picked these up at Target. You could certainly find more affordable ones, but I was already at Target for something else so convenience trumped cost this time!
Scatter some eucalyptus sprigs in the center of table and add in some candles and apples here and there and you look like a regular Joanna Gaines!
I made these napkin rings by just tying some thicker twine for a casual farmhouse chic look, but here are some you can purchase if you’d rather.
Happy Thanksgiving!!
